San Jose is  cheaper than Carrillo Beach because is a place

Carrillo beach is more comfortable and relaxing than San Jose

Carrillo beach is the place most comfortable than I visited

San Jose is the worst city , because have much traffic 

Carrillo beach is the best beach I know being National Park

In San Jose are the oldest and tallest buildings I know
